Do I need to pay extra for AI?
AI features are being built into the BOOKAR GMS platform. Pricing details will be confirmed closer to launch, but our goal is to include core AI capabilities within existing plans.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. AI only accesses your own garage's data. Nothing is shared between garages, and no customer or business data is used to train external AI models.
Do I need technical knowledge to use it?
Not at all. The whole point of AI Chat is that you ask questions in plain English — the same way you'd ask a colleague. No manuals, no query languages, no training needed.
Does it work with the online booking system?
Yes. AI features work across the entire BOOKAR platform — including data from online bookings, work orders, invoices, and customer records.
Can AI make mistakes?
AI provides suggestions and summaries based on your data. It's designed to assist, not replace your judgement. You always review and approve before anything goes to a customer.
