Order Bond tyres against the job, at the price you were quoted
Bond International has been supplying the trade for close to 60 years and is the UK's largest independent tyre wholesaler, running seven distribution centres and selling, on average, a tyre every three and a half seconds.
In BOOKAR, Bond stock is searchable from the tyre drawer on the work order. When you order, BOOKAR sends the price and delivery date you were shown, and Bond confirms with an order number — so if either moves, you find out before the customer does.
Live integration — available on your BOOKAR account with a Bond trade account.

What the Bond integration does
Tyres are sold at the counter, in a conversation, with the customer waiting. The integration is built for that pace.
Search from the job
Open the tyre drawer on the work order, search by size, and see what Bond has with your pricing against it.
Quote from live cost
The sell price is worked out from the cost that came back on the search, so the margin on a fitted set is right at the point you quote it.
Price and date confirmed
Orders go with the expected price and expected delivery date. Bond either confirms them or tells you what has changed, rather than silently substituting.
Bond order number on the PO
The confirmed order number is stored against the purchase order, so the delivery and the invoice reconcile against the job.
Stock straight onto the job
Ordered tyres are added to the work order and to inventory, so fitting, disposal and valve lines all sit on the same invoice.
Alongside your own stock
BOOKAR checks what you already hold before it goes looking outside, so imprest stock gets used before it gets re-ordered.
From the job to Bond Tyres and back
Four steps, all of them inside the work your team is already doing.
Take the enquiry
The vehicle is on the job, so the sizes it takes are already known.
Search Bond
Live availability and cost come back by size and brand, from budget through to premium.
Add and quote
Add the tyres to the work order with fitting. The customer sees a fitted price, not a list of parts.
Order and confirm
Submit from the purchase order with the expected price and delivery date. Bond confirms with an order number.
Why garages turn it on
A tyre quote is only as good as the price behind it, and a price is only useful while the customer is still on the phone.
- Quote a fitted price in the same conversation as the enquiry
- Margin calculated from live cost, not from a price list
- No surprises on price or delivery date after the order goes
- Your own stock used before more is ordered in
- The Bond order number recorded against the job
- Fitting, valves and disposal on the same invoice as the tyres

Common questions about Bond Tyres
What happens if the price changes between quote and order?
Bond orders carry an expected price and an expected delivery date. If either cannot be met, the response tells you rather than the order going through on different terms — which is what lets you go back to the customer before fitting day.
Does it work with tyres I already hold?
Yes. BOOKAR looks at your own stock first, so imprest and shelf tyres are allocated to the job before anything is ordered in.
Can I use Bond and another tyre supplier?
Yes. BOOKAR supports more than one tyre supplier at once, and each order records which supplier it went to.
The rest of the stack
BOOKAR connects to the suppliers, data providers and payment platforms a UK garage already runs on.
