NAPA parts, priced and ordered from the job card
NAPA Auto Parts is the largest motor factor network in the UK and Ireland — more than 290 branches and over 30 distribution centres, backed by Alliance Automotive Group. BOOKAR connects to it directly.
Search NAPA's catalogue against the vehicle already on the job, check live availability and your own trade price, and place the order without opening a supplier portal. The lines land on the work order, the purchase order records what was ordered, and the cost follows through to the invoice and your accounts.
Live integration — available on your BOOKAR account with a NAPA trade account.

What the NAPA integration does
The point of the integration is that nobody has to type the same job twice — once into BOOKAR and again into a supplier's website.
Search against the vehicle
Look parts up using the registration already on the job. BOOKAR queries NAPA by part group, so you get lines that fit the car in front of you rather than a generic catalogue result.
Your trade price, not a list price
Prices come back from your own NAPA account, so the margin on the estimate is worked out from what you will actually be charged.
Availability before you commit
Check live stock across NAPA's branch and distribution centre network before you give a customer a date, rather than finding out afterwards.
The right kind of order
On-demand for the job on the ramp today, advance orders tied to a future appointment date, and stock orders to top up the shelf. BOOKAR classifies the order from the availability NAPA returns.
Straight onto the work order
Ordered lines are added to the job and the purchase order together, so the estimate, the parts list and the buying record never drift apart.
A record you can audit
Every submission is logged against the purchase order with the NAPA order number, so a part can be traced from the job card back to the delivery note.
From the job to NAPA and back
Four steps, all of them inside the work your team is already doing.
Open the job
The vehicle is already identified from the registration on the work order — nothing to look up again.
Search NAPA
Choose the part group. BOOKAR returns the fitted lines with your trade price and live availability alongside them.
Add and order
Selected lines go onto the work order. BOOKAR raises the purchase order and submits it to NAPA as an on-demand, advance or stock order.
Receive and reconcile
Book the delivery in against the purchase order. Costs flow through to the invoice and out to your accounting package.
Why garages turn it on
Parts buying is where workshop time quietly disappears — a portal in one tab, the job in another, and a paper note between them.
- No second system to keep open, and no re-keying between the two
- Estimates built on real prices and real availability
- Fewer wrong parts, because the search is tied to the vehicle on the job
- Advance ordering for booked-in work, so parts arrive with the car
- Every order traceable from the job card to the delivery note
- Purchase costs into your accounts without anyone typing them again

Common questions about NAPA
Do I need my own NAPA account?
Yes. The integration uses your garage's own NAPA trade account, which is what makes the pricing yours rather than a published list price. If you already buy from NAPA, nothing about that relationship changes.
Can I still order outside BOOKAR?
Of course. The integration is there for the parts that belong to a job. Anything you order over the counter or by phone can still be booked in against a purchase order in BOOKAR afterwards.
What happens if a part is out of stock?
Availability is checked before the order goes anywhere, so you see the position while you are still building the job — and BOOKAR uses that answer to decide whether the line should go as an on-demand, advance or stock order.
The rest of the stack
BOOKAR connects to the suppliers, data providers and payment platforms a UK garage already runs on.
